Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of first quotation sent.
All orders must be paid in full before any work is carried out unless agreed otherwise. Where a deposit is agreed, our standard deposit is 50% with the balance due upon completion of work. Unless payment terms have been pre-arranged there will be no exceptions without prior approval so please arrange final payment to be ready on day of fitting or delivery.
There are no refunds on deposits for goods that have already been purchased or produced.
All signage remains the sole property of DH Design & Print until full payment has been received and any existing unpaid signage will be removed if no resolution has been made regarding payment within a period of 90 days. Non Payment also allows full access and right of entry to any private properties to recover such signage.
All legal regulations, permits, approvals etc. are the responsibility of the customer, DH Design & Print cannot be held responsible for any violations for the type of sign or the installation of the sign requested or suggested by or to the customer.
Please note that for vehicle applications all vehicles must be cleaned within 24 hours prior to the installation, if we are required to clean and dry your vehicle our standard hourly labour rate will apply and be added to your invoice.
DH Design & Print takes no responsibility for any paint damage to vehicles caused by application or removal of any self adhesive materials. Original factory paint usually will have no issues but resprays and touch ups as well as very old original paint can cause lacquer or paint damage, this is not a result of the vinyl and is completely due to the paint and as there is no way to ascertain the integrity of the lacquer or paint we cannot be held liable in anyway for damage caused. If you are unsure we suggest you do not apply anything to your paintwork. If you decide this after giving approval to manufacture your graphics you will still be liable for the costs incurred less the installation charges.
All booking times for installation must be strictly adhered to, any delays caused on your behalf will be charged out at our standard hourly labour rate. Fitting dates and times are all weather dependant if done at customers premises, we have indoor fascilities and recommend you take advantage of this offering.
All designs done by DH Design & Print remain the intellectual property of DH Design & Print and cannot be used by anyone other than those specified by DH Design & Print without prior permission. All designs done by DH Design & Print are copyrighted to DH Design & Print. If a design is used without consent an invoice will be issued to cover design time valued at double our current hourly rate. All Hi-Resolution artwork remains the property of DH Design & Print and will not be supplied unless paid for in full. For the avoidance of doubt, artwork is regarded as ANY files DH Design & Print have spent time on, regardless of content supplied. This includes “tweeking” any supplied artworks, converting to high resolution or working on any supplied content. If we believe that your artwork has been supplied from elsewhere, we are not responsible in any way for how files were supplied. Any grievances from other suppliers are the customers responsibility.
Before any work commences an approved proof and quote is required. All artwork is the responsibility of the customer to check and approve and DH Design & Print cannot be held liable for any mistakes made whether directly or indirectly caused by DH Design & Print.
Disposal of old signage is the responsabilty of the customer.
Quotes are based on visual inspections, any additional work that needs to be carried out will be charged for, this relates mainly to fascia signage where it is not possible to see the condition on the structures behind the old signage, these structures are often very old and can have a lot of damage or wood rot and would need to be replaced to ensure a safe fitment of the new signage, work will only continue once approval has been obtained to carry out additional work and a figure agreed on, any delays on site to complete work or postponement of work could also result in additional charges.
All embroidery digitizing files remain the property of DH Design & Print - any "digitization fee" is to cover our time to produce these files, not for the files themselves. Any decorated garments are non refundable or exchangeable once personalised. Sample sizings are not always possible, and all sizing charts should be consulted before ordering.
With all orders, we will do our best to meet any deadlines set out at the start of the ordering process - we are confident we will meet these, but cannot be held responsible for delays outwith our control, including but not limited to: courier delays from suppliers or to customers, items out of stock with suppliers, any unforseen circumstances such as weather, illness or any other conditions restricting fitting/manufacture.
